This day is dedicated to the centers of power, if I  were you I will discover the notably Westminster and the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, often used as a stand-in for government buildings and political settings. Here, London reveals its full grandeur: ceremonies, protocol, history… a majestic entry into the world of the series.

Between royalty, tradition, and filming locations 

Every saty in Windsor should start with its iconic castle, a beloved residence of Queen Elizabeth II. An immersion in royal history sets the scene before we visit the filming locations.

The afternoon concludes in style at Belvoir Castle, one of Windsor Castle's main stand-ins in the series. Its majestic rooms and sumptuous decor immerse you directly in the atmosphere of The Crown and offer a true "on-set" experience.

Up Close Scotland: Where the Crown Retreats 

For your third day,  you will be amazed by the Highlands, the heart of wild and unspoiled landscapes. The series almost never films the actual Balmoral, but uses Ardverikie Estate as its official stand-in. You will be amazed by the Victorian castle and its natural surroundings—lakes, forests, hills—perfectly recreate the unique atmosphere of Balmoral, the royal family's retreat. 

Here, the series show a human side of the monarchy: walks in the woods, moments of relaxation, family conflicts away from prying eyes. This is the setting for the most intimate episodes. A majestic, peaceful, authentic end to the journey—like a breath of Scotland..
